Yes, there is a regular version, which simply locks the phone into the pouch, and an upgraded version, which not only locks the phone away, but adds a signal blocking functionality.
The signal blocking version, adds the additional benefit of not hearing chimes for alerts from phones, while locked inside the pouch.

Yes, there is a pvc card holder, that can be attached to the pouch, to help with clearly labelling the product.
